Today, teas are readily available in bottles etc for drinking but the history of tea began in ancient China and it was introduced to Japan in the Heian period.
During the Edo period, the literati were enthralled by the art of tea drinking which led Japan’s unique Sencha culture to blossom fully.
There is a variety of tea preparation styles nowadays but we are not particular about them and have all kinds of Sencha utensils available for purchase so that you can enjoy our products that are beautiful to look at, and practical for making delicious teas.
